In 2005 the area was proclaimed First Italian Private Oasis affiliated to the WWF Italy Oasis system. Center and heart of the oasis is the biodynamic organic farm, which covers about 20 hectares, 14 agricultural and 6 forest, in terraced hilly area with meadows and woods, vineyards and orchards. In a biodiversity environment fruit, vegetables and herbs are cultivated and then served directly at the restaurant.
The rooms are all different from each other and located in a place of peace, serenity and silence, each telling their own story, with thematic charming decor reinvented with recycled wood, warm and welcoming colors, wooden ceilings with exposed beams and plaster walls in natural lime. It is all renovated in bio architecture design with renewable energy consumption without emission of carbon dioxide in the air (CO2 free). A complex network of geothermal wells provide heating and cooling.

From the agricultural point of view, the company has chosen to specialize in biodiversity and its agricultural lands are home to a wealth of collections of ancient varieties in danger of extinction: apples, pears, plums, figs, peaches, tomatoes … and then vegetables, herbs medicinal flowers to eat.
The compendium also has a spa with swimming pool under construction.
